Projiso Fixo M+® is suitable as a bonding agent for fibrous and slurry coatings. It retains a tacky feel indefinitely.
Projiso Fixo M+® implementation techniques
The surface to be treated must be thoroughly cleaned.
On metal substrates, it is recommended to remove all traces of rust, scale or dirt.
Concrete substrates must be thoroughly cleaned and free of any saltpetre efflorescence, etc.
The product is ready for use. Projiso Fixo M+® is generally applied by pneumatic spraying as a pre-bonding agent on the concrete or steel substrates that will receive the specified thickness of mineral fibre coating. It is advisable to apply 0.1kg/m2 of PROJISO FIXO M+® on a metal substrate, and 0.2kg/m2 on concrete. The product is applied at temperatures above 5°C. Tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
